Green Gives Green A Bad Name In Kansas City

GREEN GIVES GREEN A BAD NAME!

(Sing Along With the Tune "It's Not Easy Being Green")

It’s not easy being green…

*Spending tax dollars to destroy ACE Scholars!

-and the Urban metropolitan families in Kansas City

* When you think the color Green could be nicer being about Green Urban Community...
-Here is why Dr. Green gives “Green” a bad name.

* It’s not easy being Green...

* It seems he hides under so many problems in KC...

* And the school board passes over how he failed the Kauffman Scholars…
and his abrasive, alienating personality-
He ain't standin out like stars in the night sky, that's for sure...

* But Green is a lawn Jockey...

Authar Benson became a School Board member and was instrumental in hiring Green and negotiating his million dollar (no exaggeration) contract as superintendent. The current attack by Green is a continuation of Benson and white establishment strategies to roll back the quality and academic performance of all students of KCPS, and to destroy ultimate neighborhood community development in the urban Kansas City area for gentrification.

* And Green can be cool and slimy...

-Like his vindictive attacks on the innocent Scholars and Families that have grown and enriched the community of the Afrikan Centered Education Collegium Campus, to kill KC home grown African-centered education, by token house negro members of the School Board, its Superintendent Green and all the mercenary “Anti-African Centered” sell-outs who go along with this assault!

* And Green IS a BIG LIAR...

- He lied about why he left the Kauffman foundation
- He lied to the Kauffman scholars,
promising assistance to go to college, -the Scholars of the Class of 2012 did not receive scholarships because of the pending audit of the program he was responsible for.
- He lied about being a mentor to Covington,

- He is really a Clarence Thomas-like token, working on behalf of those who want to destroy and displace the urban residents in Kansas City.
- He is just a mouth piece for the re-gentrification movement that will fail- because some of “those” Black families Will NEVER give up!

* Green proposes Mis-Education...
Of ALL of our children and our/their future.
We need to give OUR Children a World Class education and not remediation and institutionalization.

*By the content of Green's character, he has fallen sub-standard and represents a dream deferred…
Skin folk ain't always kin folk- Just because Green is black in complexion, doesn't mean he will serve the interest of the Black families and scholars who attend this school district and live in the community-

Oops! He doesn't even reside in the KCPS district!
Hmmm Rabid! I mean Rib-it!

* When Green is all there is to be
* It could make you Wonder Why...
* But why wonder- Why Wonder? -
Why GREEN REALLY GIVES THE COLOR GREEN
A BAD NAME!

About EMWOT

The Mission of EMWOT (East Meets West of Troost) To re-build a sovereign, self-sustainable community of Nomes* To advance the economic conditions of people adversely impacted by arrested development, re-gentrification, and redlining, as a backlash of the Emancipation Proclamation, the Mass Migration from the south to the north, the Civil Rights Movement, and subsequent integration/Assimilation programming. EMWOT seeks to provide Home-Grown Green Sustainable solutions, Microeconomics, business education, and Community service excellence to inspire and nurture the human spirit - one person at a time.

This means that we build, create, manufacture, to establish products, specialized Services, Crafts, and skills from the resources in the Ecology of nature and the land. In the United States Black bodies are the human capital and Black Gold Standard. Our raw Gifts and Talents have been created and exploited for too long.

East Meets West of Troost is an economic development community service that is dedicated to markedly improving the economic commerce exchange in both the East and West side of Troost. Troost Ave. has been a long-standing east side/ west side dividing line marking the Difference between the Country Club Plaza, JC Nichols Shopping district's Brush Creek, and the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Ave in contrast to Brush Creek on the east side,  with Bruce Watkins Cultural heritage center and  Freedom Fountain is the highlight of the only City fountain designed by an African American Artist. "The Hood" is located east of Troost. State Representative Lloyd Daniel wrote a poem reflecting the contrast between the Ghetto and Guns on the North side of Troost and Nuclear Bombs on the South side of Troost.

We are bridging the gap between neighborhoods in Kansas City, Missouri, and the Greater Kansas City Missouri Area.

We encourage our youth to believe in themselves and their Positive potential. This will allow microeconomic development to cultivate small Urban businesses, cultural groups, vendors, and artists, economic opportunities who would otherwise lack economic development assistance.

Some of our main projects are in cooperative connection to Green Careers, Urban Farming, and Recycling efforts to raise funds for studio time, to cultivate our At-Risk Youth into local Hip-Hop Arts and expression and develop into  Community Activists. Our Artists have performed for Local and National Political, social and environmental Actions!

We also provide counseling and support with our community services for the housing, and outreach to incarcerated individuals, family support, and re-entry programs.

Kansas City Missouri's Youth are faced with a lot of issues that are commonly overlooked such as Homelessness, Human Trafficking, Sexual Abuse, Child Neglect, Abduction, Latch-key children, Gang violence, Homicide, Incarceration, Literacy, Proper Education, and Child Poverty...

At EMWOT we sincerely believe that children are the future of the world!

EMWOT is dedicated to the sharing of experiences, best practices and methods for achieving sustainability in our personal lives, our communities and our Ecosystems.

As Troost put behind it the dividing line that separated the races, Blacks moved south across the 27th street, race boundary line to Linwood, to Brush Creek, to 63rd street and eventually to Bannister and beyond, as white flight moved to gated communities and further west of Troost. As new neighborhoods are built, EMWOT plays its role in organizing an economically sustainable community.
